Education can have many positive impacts on different aspects of our lives. Some aspects, such as quality of life, employability, and income are more obvious, but did you know that a person’s level of education also plays an important role with physical and mental health? It has been shown that people who spend more time in school tend to adopt healthier lifestyles by doing regular physical activity and by adopting a healthier diet. That being said, education would also have an impact on mental health. Studies have shown that educated people would be much more fulfilled at work, and the risk of mental illness, such as depression, can be lower.
